1. Login into the EPFO Portal

  • Login with UAN, password and captcha.  

2. Select ‘Online Services’ Tab

  • Choose ‘One Member – One EPF Account (Transfer Request)’ option.  

3. Choose Employer for Validation

  • You can choose either your previous or current employer for verification of your transfer request via digital signature.  

4. Submit Transfer Request

  • Fill in the empty fields such as old PF account number and current PF account number.  
  • Confirm details followed by request submission.  

5. Track status

  • You can find your change request status under the portal option Track Claim Status.
