We live in interesting times where we see a paradox in everything around us. We are well connected on a virtual level yet gradually getting disconnected at a real level, medical science has done so much progress yet the average life expectancy is going down, everything is available on a mouse click yet we are all confused about what to do, science and technology has done tremendous progress that we are looking for possibilities of life on other planets yet our own earth is suffering from atrocities committed by mankind, everyone knows everything yet nothing is changing.
“Project Unbox” is an attempt in helping school students explore their innate leadership potential by becoming aware of their own self and the choices they have which are in harmony with their core self.
During the intervention, we worked with students, formed circles, and took them on a spree through various circular dances, nature quests and different art forms that helped them experience their innate leadership style and transform it into a tribal form that is more collective and inclusive.

Program Objective:
The intervention aims in:

  • Fostering self-directed leadership
  • Building a think tank team for bringing in holistic change
  • Creating a team of change leaders
  • Inspiring students to make a shift from ‘fighter’ to ‘warrior’
  • Having action leaders and connectors
  • dream projects and entrepreneurial challenges

Program Outcome:
Following are the suggestive expectations that will be achieved through the program.
  • Deeper connection with the self and others
  • Stronger belief system and shift from ‘observer’ to ‘doer’
  • Tools and processes for handling and managing conflicts and challenges
  • Transformed versions of their self-being free from inhibitions, aware of judgments and conditioning
  • Empathetic and compassionate individuals
