Christmas Celebration

St.Thomas College’ of Education celebrated Christmas on 23rd December 2019. Speaking on the occasion, Director, Mrs.Anuradha Amos highlighted the importance of the festival with New Year Resolution. To carry on the tradition of its 5th year of felicitating the staff and the sub-staff members this year too was a jolly occasion as payback time for them.
The celebrations included a rhythmic performance from the choir and an add-on surprise package by Santa Claus. The staff and students were completely spellbound with the Christmas gratification. Christmas was celebrated with religious gaiety, fervor, and enthusiasm. Christmas festival was celebrated with ardor and zeal in the university premises. The day was specially organized keeping in mind its sanctity and relevance. The students presented an impressive array of programs. Students added gaiety and were vibrantly dressed for the theme.
The celebration was dedicated to the sub staffs of the campus. The program included games for the sub-staff, a dance performance, songs, and a skit by the students . Students enjoyed different games during the day. Students were given glimpses from the life of Jesus and his teachings were enumerated by the student speakers.
